Nonprofit Consulting Process

The Nonprofit Consultant Network offers qualified nonprofit Executive Directors and Board members a complimentary and confidential in-person consultation with our members and meeting attendees.

At no cost, NCNPhilly assists the staff and board members of nonprofit organizations in addressing the administrative or back office issues of greatest concern in a Q&A session held during its monthly meeting. The most productive discussions result when the nonprofit comes prepared with a specific set of questions on topics relevant to the administrative operations of the organization such as staffing, finances, fundraising, etc. – the issues that NCNPhilly participants collectively address as consultants.

Confidentiality is promised. Participants agree not solicit the business or contact the staff or board of directors of NCNPhilly’s nonprofit client. The representatives of the nonprofits are provided with a contact list of attendees after the meeting.

All NCNPhilly asks of the participating nonprofits is that they agree to be listed as a participant organization on NCNPhilly’s website and complete a follow up evaluation. Testimonials are appreciated, but not required.
